Through AK-SearchEngine which supports with AK-Player
you can search for your Internet Files Offline even hidden
and system files by the following way.

  1. Open AK-Player and open AK-SearchEngine.
  2. select search type (Video or/and Audio or/and Image
    or/and All or part of the file name).
  3. Navigate the following path. (C:\Documents and
    Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary
    Internet Files)
  4. Click Search

Settings\Temporary Internet Files)

C:\ is your system root.
Username  is your account name.
